As\u00ed mismo, seguimos trabajando para que sobre los \u00faltimos meses del a\u00f1o, haya un nuevo aumento que equipare nuevamente los salarios con el ritmo de vida de cada uno\u201d, dijo Tellechea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l\u00ednea con esto adelant\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que \u201cEn septiembre, vamos a estar pasando alrededor de 30 empleados a planta permanente, otro compromiso que hemos tomado desde hace mucho tiempo, que empodera y dignifica al empleado municipal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA fin de a\u00f1o&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8211; remarc\u00f3 el intendente &#8211;&nbsp;se pasar\u00e1 a planta a los restantes que a\u00fan no est\u00e9n en esa condici\u00f3n. De este modo, vamos a tener toda la n\u00f3mina de personal con antig\u00fcedad mayor a un a\u00f1o, en planta permanente, algo que deber\u00eda ser siempre lo l\u00f3gico, pero que ha demandado mucho esfuerzo de esta gesti\u00f3n desde que iniciamos en 2015, cuando la gran mayor\u00eda de los empleados trabajaban en condiciones denigrantes, no solo en la cuesti\u00f3n legal, sino en cuanto a sus
