{"id":86709,"date":"2021-09-23T16:10:58","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T19:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=86709"},"modified":"2021-09-23T16:42:05","modified_gmt":"2021-09-23T19:42:05","slug":"alexis-guerrera-abogo-por-una-ley-de-alcohol-cero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/alexis-guerrera-abogo-por-una-ley-de-alcohol-cero\/","title":{"rendered":"Alexis Guerrera abog\u00f3 por una Ley de Alcohol Cero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El ministro de Transporte de la Naci\u00f3n, el pintense Alexis Guerrera,&nbsp;acompa\u00f1ado por el ministro de Cultura,&nbsp;Trist\u00e1n Bauer, y por el Director Ejecutivo de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV), Pablo Mart\u00ednez Carignano&nbsp;inaugur\u00f3 la nueva base operativa de control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la ANSV en el predio de Tecn\u00f3polis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de reducir la siniestralidad vial y concientizar a las y los conductores sobre la conducci\u00f3n responsable que permita generar un cambio en la cultura vial de nuestro pa\u00eds fue que se cre\u00f3 la nueva base operativa ubicada sobre Avenida Constituyentes 1900, en la localidad de Villa Martelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"292\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/guerreraansv-460x292.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/guerreraansv-460x292.jpg 460w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/guerreraansv.jpg 740w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, se permitir\u00e1 tener mayor presencia y cobertura en distintos puntos estrat\u00e9gicos, como es el caso de Acceso Norte, uno de las v\u00edas de ingreso a la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires con mayor caudal de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, este espacio llevar\u00e1 a cabo controles de documentaci\u00f3n, test de alcoholemia a conductores, uso de casco en motociclistas, fiscalizaci\u00f3n de velocidades permitidas, controles anti picadas, reordenamiento vehicular y saturaci\u00f3n, patrullajes preventivos y balizamiento, con el objetivo de seguir trabajando en el desarrollo de un transporte m\u00e1s seguro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tal sentido, y tras la inauguraci\u00f3n de la nueva base operativa, el ministro de Transporte, Alexis Guerrera, se explay\u00f3 diciendo \u201choy estamos inaugurando esta base, ya hemos duplicado la cantidad de bases cuando asumimos. Y el trabajo ser\u00e1 seguir profundizando esto, para tener m\u00e1s presencia del estado en la protecci\u00f3n y en la vida de nuestra gente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y continu\u00f3 exponiendo que \u201cTecn\u00f3polis es un s\u00edmbolo de un gobierno que hace muchos a\u00f1os abraz\u00f3 como concepto la presencia del estado en cada uno de los lugares de la patria. Es por eso que esta base operativa de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, reafirma el concepto de c\u00f3mo nace Tecn\u00f3polis, con un gobierno queri\u00e9ndole decir a la poblaci\u00f3n ac\u00e1 estamos, estamos presentes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl trabajo de la Agencia no es solo el control, sino tambi\u00e9n la educaci\u00f3n vial, para que sea una parte central, porque habla de la vida y del cuidado de nosotros y del pr\u00f3jimo. Los argentinos tenemos un desaf\u00edo que es la Ley de Alcohol Cero, que es un debate que no podemos postergar. Desde el Ministerio de Transporte vamos a acompa\u00f1ar esta iniciativa, para que en Argentina haya una Ley de Alcohol Cero\u201d,
