correspondiente al art\u00edculo 308 del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal estuvo a cargo del fiscal Jorge Viego, quien instruye la causa por el crimen registrado el domingo en la villa tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez cumplida la diligencia -el acusado tiene derecho a mantener silencio sin que ello sea\u00a0tomado como indicio en su contra-, el titular de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n y Juicio N\u00b0 5 pidi\u00f3 que su aprehensi\u00f3n se convierta en detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esa medida -se descuenta que se va a dar- la deber\u00e1 resolver la Justicia
