La Bancaria&nbsp;ratific\u00f3 la&nbsp;decisi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado.&nbsp;\u00abPor nuestros salarios, por nuestros derechos los bancarios y bancarias decimos basta\u00bb, se\u00f1ala el sindicato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el&nbsp;comunicado se calific\u00f3&nbsp;como \u00abinadmisible\u00bb&nbsp;la&nbsp;propuesta&nbsp;realizada por la patronal en la audiencia paritaria. Se estableci\u00f3 que se \u00abdesconoce\u00bb el&nbsp;mandato de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, se\u00f1alando que este hab\u00eda manifestado que los&nbsp;sueldos&nbsp;deb\u00edan superar a la inflaci\u00f3n. \u00abLas c\u00e1maras bancarias siguen sin o\u00edr a los trabajadores y trabajadoras\u00bb agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"278\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bancos.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-79987\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bancos.jpg 500w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/bancos-460x256.jpg 460w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El gremio exige&nbsp;una&nbsp;actualizaci\u00f3n salarial&nbsp;del 60%, considerando que esa es la&nbsp;inflaci\u00f3n&nbsp;que esperan las entidades financieras para este a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s,&nbsp;reclama&nbsp;una la regulaci\u00f3n de la ley de&nbsp;teletrabajo, guarder\u00eda&nbsp;universal, tercerizaciones y&nbsp;reconversi\u00f3n&nbsp;de los puestos laborales respecto del avance tecnol\u00f3gico. Tambi\u00e9n pide que se paren&nbsp;los cierres de sucursales as\u00ed como derogar las circulares del BCRA que ofrecen&nbsp;servicios financieros por fuera del sistema bancario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante respuestas consideradas insuficientes&nbsp;la asociaci\u00f3n&nbsp;invit\u00f3&nbsp;a las&nbsp;c\u00e1maras empresariales&nbsp;(especialmente a las privadas) a reflexionar urgentemente sosteniendo&nbsp;que \u00absiguen mirando solo su conveniencia\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s,&nbsp;acus\u00f3<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>que esto ocurre por avaricia sus rentabilidades \u00abde manera mezquina\u00bb, afirmando que no tienen inter\u00e9s en avasallar los derechos de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;Bancaria&nbsp;detall\u00f3 que el paro se har\u00e1 de manera presencial, con quite de tareas y posterior&nbsp;movilizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, incluir\u00e1 la \u00abdesconexi\u00f3n total\u00bb&nbsp;de aquellos que est\u00e1n en la modalidad de teletrabajo.
