{"id":95846,"date":"2022-08-07T02:59:48","date_gmt":"2022-08-07T05:59:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/?p=95846"},"modified":"2022-08-07T03:01:43","modified_gmt":"2022-08-07T06:01:43","slug":"caso-woldryk-hay-una-mujer-imputada-en-la-desaparicion-del-trabajador-rural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/index.php\/caso-woldryk-hay-una-mujer-imputada-en-la-desaparicion-del-trabajador-rural\/","title":{"rendered":"Caso Woldryk: hay una mujer imputada en la desaparici\u00f3n del trabajador rural"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal<\/mark><\/strong>, en representaci\u00f3n de la fiscal <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Julia Mar\u00eda Sebasti\u00e1n<\/mark><\/strong>,&nbsp;indag\u00f3&nbsp;en una audiencia que se realiz\u00f3 de manera&nbsp;<em>on line<\/em>&nbsp;el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 3,&nbsp;a <strong>Fernando Esperon Listorti<\/strong> y a <strong>Luis Miguel Galeano<\/strong>, dos internos que se encuentran alojados en la Unidad Penitenciaria N\u00ba 3 de San Nicol\u00e1s y que est\u00e1n&nbsp;imputados del delito de asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita y extorsi\u00f3n, de la que fue v\u00edctima <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Juan Carlos Woldryk<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"http:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/casowoldryck.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-95847\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/casowoldryck.jpeg 696w, https:\/\/infoecos.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/casowoldryck-460x259.jpeg 460w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><figcaption><em>La vivienda en la que vive Mansilla fue allanada por la polic\u00eda de Bol\u00edvar el 25 de abril, en el marco de las investigaciones por la desaparici\u00f3n de Juan Carlos Woldryk<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hombres fueron indagados nuevamente porque se les ampli\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n y&nbsp;se modific\u00f3 el hecho incluy\u00e9ndose una tercera participante dentro de la asociaci\u00f3n que ten\u00edan para cometer hechos.&nbsp;Se trata de una mujer de apellido Mansilla&nbsp;que vive en la ciudad de 9 de Julio y es qui\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 la primera transferencia de dinero que realiz\u00f3 Woldryk el d\u00eda 26 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mujer que tambi\u00e9n se encuentra procesada por asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita y extorsi\u00f3n, estaba citada el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles por la fiscal\u00eda actuante para recibirle audiencia por el procesamiento ordenado, pero su defensa pidi\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n de la audiencia por \u201cexistir intereses encontrados con los otros dos imputados\u201d.&nbsp;La entrevista ser\u00e1 realizada en el transcurso de esta semana, con la nueva defensa que es una mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listorti Esper\u00f3n y Galeano en la audiencia del mi\u00e9rcoles hicieron uso de su derecho y no declararon. En la indagatoria realizada anteriormente, Luis Miguel Galeano s\u00ed declar\u00f3 y vincul\u00f3 a Fernando Esper\u00f3n Listorti con la extorsi\u00f3n de la que fue v\u00edctima Woldryk y tambi\u00e9n lo vincul\u00f3 a Esper\u00f3n Listorti con Mansilla que es la mujer que recibi\u00f3 las transferencias de dinero que realiz\u00f3 el hombre que se encuentra desaparecido desde el 30 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Juan Carlos Woldryk a m\u00e1s de cien d\u00edas de su desaparici\u00f3n, su familia junto a las fuerzas policiales lo siguen buscando y&nbsp;el Gobierno nacional ofrece una recompensa de $1.500.000 para aquellas personas que, brinden datos \u00fatiles que permitan dar con su paradero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fuente: Diario La Ma\u00f1ana de Bol\u00edvar.
