C\u00e1mara baja el proyecto de ley de pirotecnia cero&nbsp;que&nbsp;busca prohibir el uso de \u201cart\u00edculos de&nbsp;pirotecnia&nbsp;de alto impacto sonoro\u201d en todo el territorio de la provincia de Buenos Aires para \u201cproteger la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n de sus efectos audibles, fum\u00edgenos, qu\u00edmicos y f\u00edsicos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image 100vw, 471px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;ley de pirotecnia cero&nbsp;proh\u00edbe en art\u00edculo 3\u00b0 la<strong> \u201c<\/strong>comercializaci\u00f3n, la venta al p\u00fablico mayorista o minorista, la venta ambulante en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica y el uso particular de&nbsp;artificios pirot\u00e9cnicos&nbsp;y de&nbsp;coheter\u00eda&nbsp;de uso recreativo de alto impacto sonoro, cualquiera fuera su caracter\u00edstica y naturaleza, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n los denominados globos aerost\u00e1ticos de pirotecnia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, la&nbsp;<strong>ley de pirotecnia cero<\/strong>&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n introduce una regulaci\u00f3n para los actos oficiales al prohibir \u201cla adquisici\u00f3n y uso por parte del sector p\u00fablico provincial, de todo&nbsp;<strong>artificio pirot\u00e9cnico<\/strong>&nbsp;o de&nbsp;<strong>coheter\u00eda<\/strong>, sea de bajo o alto impacto sonoro, en los
