El ministro de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano bonaerense, Agust\u00edn Simone, junto al intendente de Pellegrini, Guillermo Pacheco, realizaron la entrega de 18 viviendas a familias pellegrinenses en la esquina de la Av. Sacarpetta y Drysdale, de Quinta 80.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de un barrio de 36 viviendas, donde las 18 casas restantes ya se encuentran en construcci\u00f3n. Para la obra, la Provincia invirti\u00f3 m\u00e1s de $ 187 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este marco, el ministro Simone felicit\u00f3 a los nuevos propietarios y destac\u00f3: \u201cqueremos que m\u00e1s familias puedan acceder a su casa propia y la \u00fanica forma de lograrlo es haciendo m\u00e1s viviendas\u201d. Y agreg\u00f3 \u201cse lo ratifique al intendente, estamos trabajando para construir m\u00e1s casas, necesitamos que desde el Municipio se obtengan m\u00e1s lotes. Sabemos que no es f\u00e1cil, pero emprendimos el compromiso de poner en marcha m\u00e1s de 11 mil viviendas en el 2022 y empezar 10 mil m\u00e1s cada a\u00f1o en toda la Provincia, impulsando m\u00e1s obras que garanticen este derecho fundamental\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el intendente Pacheco resalt\u00f3 que las viviendas que se est\u00e1n construyendo en Pellegrini y la entrega de hoy: \u201cson producto del trabajo conjunto entre la Provincia y el Municipio. Llegamos al final de obra sin inconvenientes y ya se trabaja en el avance de las otras 18 que recorrimos con el Ministro\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como en cada entrega de viviendas, las familias recibieron plantines para huerta y plantas nativas bonaerenses que obsequia el Organismo Provincial de Integraci\u00f3n Social y Urbana (OPISU), dependiente del ministerio de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano, con el objetivo de promover el cuidado del medio ambiente desde los hogares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del mismo modo, desde el Instituto Cultural Provincial y el Ministerio de Cultura Nacional, se entregaron bibliotecas con libros adquiridos en diversas editoriales bonaerenses, adem\u00e1s, de cuadros con r\u00e9plicas de distintas obras de arte, con curadur\u00eda del Museo provincial de Bellas Artes Emilio Petorutti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
